Good Brethren,
If you have no other Masonic commitments tonight, you will want to come to Sandia Mountain Lodge #72 (Map).
First, tonight is the Annual Crab Feast. We will gorge on crab (for only $10) at 6 p.m.
Second, after dinner, the Wardens and I will provide a medieval fighting demonstration honoring our guest speaker and the theme of the evening. The three of us will open lodge in medieval armor.
Third, Brother Mark Oldknow, the Deputy Grand Commander of the Grand Commandery of Knights Templar of New Mexico will speak regarding the York Rite of New Mexico. Tonight's program includes a historical and current look at the Knights Templar.
This is one night that will prove to be something special. Be there and be square.

Brethren,
The date has been set for the 2nd Annual Temple Six Camping Trip. The camping trip will either be in the Jemez near Fenton Lake (~2 hours from Albuquerque) or in the Jemez near Cochiti Lake (~1.5 hours from Albuquerque) and will take place on Friday, October 1st and Saturday, October 2nd.
Brethren, friends and family are welcome to attend one or both nights of camping. Temple Lodge will provide dinner on Friday and Saturday evening in the form of barbecue. Please bring other food, fishing gear, and some warm clothing and the evening get chilly.
A flyer will be on the website soon with directions as soon as a site is picked.
